Heavy Equipment Fleet Coordinator

As a Heavy Equipment Fleet Coordinator, you will manage daily mobilization, dispatches, and routine inspections of our excavators, HDD rigs, cranes, and logistics vehicles. You will work closely with project managers to allocate equipment, control fuel costs, and organize maintenance rosters to minimize machine downtime.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in logistics dispatching or fleet coordination inside construction/contracting environments.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies for diesel machinery.
